Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

We take great care in creating and presenting our kimPrints Designs products and make every reasonable effort to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, mesh sizes, colors, images and other details.
Because computer and mobile displays vary, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your device will exactly match the colors of the physical product.
Our needlepoint canvases and other products are creative works, and slight variations may occur as part of the design, printing, painting, production or finishing process.
Product availability may be limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify designs or specifications, or make changes to our collections at any time.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors or other inaccuracies, including after an order has been submitted.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
Promotions, discounts and special offers may be subject to additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel any order.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.
We may also limit or prohibit orders that we reasonably believe are being placed for unauthorized resale or other commercial purposes.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Because our needlepoint canvases and many of our products are produced in small quantities or made especially for you, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with another issue, please contact kimPrints Designs within 7 days of delivery so that we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays and other disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the kimPrints Designs website, including but not limited to needlepoint designs, artwork, illustrations, patterns, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, branding, product names, collection names, written copy and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to kimPrints Designs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a kimPrints Designs product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or intellectual property.
Our designs and artwork are intended for personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, trace, scan, digitize, chart, modify, distribute, manufacture, commercially reproduce or create derivative products from any kimPrints Designs artwork or needlepoint design without our prior written permission.
You may not use our product photography, artwork, graphics, designs or other content for commercial purposes without our written authorization.
We love seeing your finished projects and welcome personal sharing on social media. When sharing our designs, we appreciate appropriate credit to kimPrints Designs.
9. User Content, Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial or other content to us or publicly tag kimPrints Designs in content featuring our products, you represent that you have the right to share that content.
If you submit content directly to us for promotional use or give us permission to share your content, you grant us permission to reproduce, display and share that content in connection with our website, social media, marketing and promotion of kimPrints Designs.
We reserve the right to remove content from our website or social channels that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
