At kimPrints Designs, we want your order to arrive safely, beautifully and ready for you to enjoy. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Greenwich, Connecticut.

Where Do You Ship?

kimPrints Designs currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because some of our products are produced in small batches, customized or made to order, certain items may have longer processing times. When applicable, estimated production or processing times will be noted on the individual product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.

No code is necessary. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout to qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get every order on its way promptly, carrier delays can occasionally happen due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by kimPrints Designs.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay or your package appears to be missing, we recommend first checking with the shipping carrier and confirming that the shipping address provided with your order is correct.

If you still need assistance, please contact us at create@kimprintsdesigns.com with your order number and we will do our best to help you determine the next steps.

kimPrints Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at create@kimprintsdesigns.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to make changes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
