At kimPrints Designs, we put a great deal of care into creating and preparing every canvas and product that leaves our studio. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and excited to start stitching.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our needlepoint canvases and many of our products are produced in small quantities or made especially for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, mesh size, and other details carefully before placing your order.

If There's a Problem With Your Order

Of course, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another issue, we want to know.

Please contact kimPrints Designs within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a brief description and photos, if applicable. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
